This green smoothie is my go to for days that I have an intense workout ahead and need something quick and easy to fuel up and stay hydrated with the added electrolytes from the coconut water! Pair it with my favorite {protein power muffins} for a power pair!
Coconut Water Green Smoothie
Servings 2 people
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/5 cups raw spinach
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger root
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder or unflavored collagen
- 1 cup pure coconut water (I used @harmlessharvest)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
